When does my plan start?

When you first connect to a network at your destination. You can install the eSIM at home in advance.

Can I top up?

Yes, most plans can be topped up from your account page: more data or more days on the same eSIM.

Will my main number keep working?

Yes. The eSIM is data only; your main SIM keeps receiving calls and texts.

Can I get a refund?

If the eSIM fails because of us, we replace it for free or refund it: to your card for card payments, as credit for crypto payments. Crypto payments are otherwise non-refundable.

Can I use hotspot?

Usually yes, tethering works in most destinations. Unlimited daily plans slow down after the daily cap.
